| The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit announced on October 30 the Decree by which several tax benefits are granted to taxpayers in the areas affected by severe rains and strong winds during October 24, 2023. In general terms, the stimulus consists of: Immediate deduction of new or used fixed assets acquired during the period between October and December 2023. Payment of withholdings made in the period from October to December 2023, in equal installments starting January 2024. Non-filing of provisional income tax payments for the fourth quarter of 2023. |
