Based on the publication of the Miscellaneous Tax Resolution for 2024 on December 29, 2023, the amount to be paid during the fiscal year 2024 for the registration in the Certified Companies Registry (article 40 paragraph m, of the Federal Law of Duties) is updated in its Annex 19 to $37,112.00 pesos.
Likewise, Annex 19 updates for the year 2024, the minimum Customs Processing Fee (DTA) referred to in Article 49 of the Federal Law of Duties to $425.00 pesos.
These updated assessments became effective as of January 1, 2024.
