The Social Security Law and its regulations establish several obligations for employers registered with the Social Security, one of which is to review and determine their accident rate annually in the month of February in order to verify whether it is maintained, increased or decreased with respect to the previous year. In this regard, the due date this year is the following date February 29, 2024.

- The occupational risks to be considered in the determination are those occurring to workers completed from January 1 to December 31, 2023.
