Lázaro Barrera
CO-FOUNDER & TAX PARTNER
Lázaro Barrera Domínguez has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Taxation.
He studied a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Taxation at Universidad La Salle de Morelia, Mexico and Universidad de La Salle Bajío, Mexico, respectively.
Lázaro worked at PwC for 7 years. His trajectory in the international Firm allowed him to obtain extensive experience in conducting tax and compliance projects for corporations in various industries. Such projects have included both international and domestic operations, as well as application of tax incentives granted to such industries.
Also, in the participation in audit projects related to financial statements prepared under Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP, as well as tax audits in Mexico for multinational companies in different sectors.
As a result of his preparation, he is committed to provide a comprehensive tax service of the highest quality to corporations (national & international) with operations in Mexico.
Víctor Campos
CO-FOUNDER & TAX PARTNER
Victor Daniel Campos Colin has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Taxation.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad La Salle de Morelia, Mexico and a Master's degree in Taxation from Universidad de La Salle Bajío, Mexico.
Victor worked at QFC, Priego Castro Arcos y Asociados for one year respectively, then worked for the Servicio de Administración Tributaria for 5 years and Grupo Andrea Corporativo for 3 years.
His career was developed in accounting firms, as well as government, where he was able to carry out different accounting tasks, as well as providing tax advice, assuming various positions with responsibility and leadership, managing accounting and tax in the different areas exercised.
The practice together with the knowledge acquired have led him to have the experience to be successful in the work environment.
The participation in government collaborating with other departments was a positive impact, since it brought with it the assurance of knowledge of different businesses or sectors with tax compliance obligations, where complex tax situations were observed.
So he is committed to excellence along with a positive attitude, willing to take on responsibilities and challenges with dedication.
Nancy Arredondo
US AUDIT PARTNER
Nancy Arredondo is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States (CPA) and a Certified Public Accountant in Mexico by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMCP).
She studied Public Accounting and a Masters in Finance at Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, Mexico, University of Vermont, United States and Universidad de La Salle Bajío, Mexico, respectively.
Nancy worked at PwC for 10 years; her trajectory in this international firm allowed her to obtain extensive experience in the area of financial statement auditing.
Subsequently, she specialized in the area of individual and small business taxation in the United States.
After obtaining her CPA license from the State of Michigan and being recognized by the IRS as a credentialed tax professional, Nancy specialized in serving Mexican individuals (expatriates) and corporations with a source of wealth in the United States, as well as advising on starting and growing businesses in Michigan.
Her commitment to the Mexican community abroad extends to sharing its knowledge and providing an integral service of the highest quality that the industries require.
Jorge Márquez
SOCIAL SECURITY PARTNER
Jorge Alberto Márquez Ramírez is a Public Accountant graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro and has a master's degree in Social Security from the Centro de Estudios Superiores UTEGRA in Guadalajara.
He has worked in the tax, social security and consulting areas for 13 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he held the position of Social Security Manager for the Bajío region. He has more than 15 years of experience providing tax solutions in Social Security matters to international and national companies in the automotive, agricultural and food industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant authorized by the Social Security to issue an opinion on the obligations that the Social Security Law and its regulations impose on employers and obligated parties.
He is also an active member of the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Querétaro and a member of the Social Security Commission of the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Querétaro. He is committed to offering excellent services and providing efficient tax solutions.
Darío Gutiérrez
AUDIT PARTNER
José Luis Darío Gutiérrez Tavares is a Certified Public Accountant in Mexico by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMCP) with a master's degree in finance. He also holds a law degree.
He studied Public Accounting and Master in Finance at Universidad La Salle and Law at Universidad del Valle de Atemajac.
Darío has 15 years of experience of which he worked for 7 years in firms such as Deloitte and PWC. His trajectory in international firms allowed him to obtain extensive experience due to the participation in audits and issuance of financial opinions under Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), International (IFRS), United States (US GAAP), and opinions for tax purposes (SAT).
Darío has been a professor at EBC and Universidad Iberoamericana and is an active member of the Colegio de Contadores Públicos.
